CND Sapphire Sparkle

I think the CND Effects are awesome, and I regret that I don't use them more often. CND Effects are top coats designed to add that extra sparkle or shimmer to your manicure. Sapphire Sparkle is a stunning top coat which shifts between a purple and blue sparkle. I layered this over Catrice Hip Queens Wear Blue Jean, and this really brought the manicure to a new level.
I really recommend picking some of these up if you enjoy layering!
